What I would recommend the staff do as you guys have beverages and snacks at the rooms, can a staff accompany the guest to double check everything to avoid my inconvenience they said I opens the wine and I explained to the lady that I did not they wanted to charge me with no proof that I did open it as no one confirmed that everything was inorder before we got to the room that was very low of you guys I was upset

I was upgraded which was a real surprise and treat. I generally love coming to this hotel, as it is central, staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

Finally they’ve renovated their bathrooms, looks stunning. Colour coordination , lights etc.

I liked the size of the room, the bathroom was spacious and morden. The room was quite spacious. I like the ambiance of the hotel.

The stay was great. A few things l was not happy about was the fact that they said with the breakfast, the kids are paying the same price as adults, which happened to be R220 if my memory serves me correctly, whereas in hotels that we have been to, the kids eat freely. The parking has always free in other hotels, your hotel charges R150 per night, which l think is not fair. In the rooms, we are given limited sachets of sugar, coffee and other stuff, even when you requested it, you are not given it, you are told that it's the company rules. Either than that to me all was super, l was happy and over the moon. Rooms are clean and 👌

Wow , You guys blown my mind ,what a BEAUTIFUL HOTEL , so elegant , lounge was comfy ,beautiful restuarant , facilties all around is BEAUTIFUL , with the crafts hanging and lounges near your room in the ailse to sit ..gym beautiful , friendly staff ,door keepers , bar assistance , reception arears , parking staff , laundry staff , wow all very well trained . Ill come again Defaintly soon... highly recommended hotel

Breakfast is very good and the room very spacious and elegant overall stay is very nice. Staff at the breakfast room are so friendly and their service is excellent.
